Goods include printed materials, branded merchandise, and other physical items available for purchase through the website.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for services and purchases must be settled using the payment methods presented at the time of booking or checkout. All fees are quoted in the currency specified on the website.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Luxury Apartment Selection Services

Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date to qualify for a refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment channel. You may request a transfer of your service to another date, subject to availability, by contacting us through the contact form at least 5 days before the original date. Cancellations fewer than 7 days prior or no-shows are not eligible for a refund due to commitments made to property partners.

4.2 Information Products

If you purchase a digital guide or report and do not access the content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued through the payment method used at checkout. Once access to the digital content is recorded, all sales are final.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Custom or personalized merchandise is not eligible for a refund.

5. Modifications

LuxeFlat reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
